Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:

We provide a 2-year carry-in warranty on the aqua24 automatic water level controller itself, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship of the automatic water level controller.

What is NOT Covered:

  • The sensor cable is not covered under warranty.
  • Damage caused by water or other liquids.
  • Physical damage, including but not limited to, drops, impacts, or any other form of mishandling.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  • Damage caused by acts of God (e.g., floods, lightning).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to Claim Warranty:

  1. Contact Us: If you experience a covered defect, please contact our customer support team at +91 7012865764 (Whatsapp) to initiate a warranty claim.
  2. Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
  3. Carry-in: You must bring the automatic water level controller to our designated service center for inspection and repair. You are responsible for transporting the product to and from the service center. (use courier service)
  4. Inspection and Repair: Our technicians will inspect the product to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  5. Warranty Expiration: The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.

Refund and Return Policy

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your aqua24 automatic water level controller. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product must not have been installed or used.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at +91 7012865764 (Whatsapp) within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  5. Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, less any shipping costs.

Exceptions:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or any other condition not covered by our warranty.
  • Sensor cables are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
