Welcome to aqua24.in, your go-to spot for awesome automatic water level controllers! By using our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It’s the legal stuff, but we’ve tried to keep it chill.

1. Ordering & Payments:

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send you an order confirmation email, but that’s not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason (like if we’re out of stock, or if something seems sus).
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We’ll charge you the price shown at checkout.
  • We accept payments via Phonepay payment gateway. Make sure your payment info is on point—we’re not responsible for any payment processing errors.

2. Shipping & Delivery:

  • We ship only within the state of Kerala, India. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • We ain’t responsible for any delays caused by things outside our control (like natural disasters, or if the postal service is having a meltdown).
  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number. You’re responsible for checking the tracking info and making sure you’re around to receive your package.

3. Returns & Refunds:

  • If you’re not stoked with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We’ll process your refund as soon as we get the returned item back. Refunds usually take seven (7) business days to show up in your account.

4. Warranty:

  • We offer a 2-year carry-in warranty (carry-in warranty is a type of warranty that requires the customer to physically bring their defective product to a designated service center for repair or service) on the automatic water level controller itself, covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover the sensor cable, or any damage caused by misuse, improper installation.

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on aqua24.in (like text, images, logos) is our intellectual property. Don’t copy or use it without our permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability:

  • We try our best to make sure everything on our site is accurate, but we don’t guarantee it’s perfect. We’re not liable for any losses or damages that result from using our site or our products. Use our water level controllers responsibly! Don’t blame us if you flood your basement.

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
